Hot Chicken Burger Recipe - these are amazing on the grill. They have a nice blend of spices, you can make them as hot as you want.

Everything but the Ground Chicken goes in a bowl
Add Ground Chicken
Form Patties
Lightly oil the patties, just a smear, so they don’t stick together
Place a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper between each patty
Freeze for 15-20 minutes until they are a little firm. This helps them not go through the grates in the grill
Grill or bake until done.
(You could probably fry like you would taco burger, then i would only use the olive oil in the pan)
I serve mine with Blue Cheese Dressing or Ranch on a grilled hamburger bun with lettuce, or chopped in a salad with tons of veggies and avocado
