Fry chicken breasts in frying pan and then cut into bite-sized chunks.
Mix together chicken, celery, minced onion, pineapple tidbits, sliced almonds and mayonnaise. Pour mixture into 9x13 glass baking pan.
Sprinkle croutons and then shredded cheese over top and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
