Whist all ingredients together on medium heat until chocolate is smooth and no lumps appear
Remove from heat and cool completely in fridge
Place creamy mixture in your machine and follow manufacturer's directions for freezing
makes 1 quart.
For dutch oven class put mix in a dutch oven and wrap in a couple of bags. Put in a cooler with about 2 bags (large) of cubed ice and let it freeze. Take it out about 3 times to shake it up.
