Microwave butter and 4 oz chocolate in large bowl on high for 1 minute or until butter is melter. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended
Add sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour; mix well
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Prehat oven to 350. Shape dough into 64 1 inch balls, place 2 inches apart on baking sheets lined with parchment paper
Bake 8 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes. Press indentations into center of each cookie. Remove cookies to wire rack, cool completely
Microwave Cool Whip and remaining chocolate for 1 minute or until chocolate is melted when stirred. Spoon into indentations in the cookies, adding about 1/2 tsp chocolate mixture to each. Top with marshmallows. Let stand until chocolate is firm
