Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
Mocha variaion: add 1/2 cup instant coffee powder or granules before blending in processor
Mexican Spice variation: add 2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp ground red pepper before blending in processor.
Vanilla variation: add a half of a vanilla bean (pod and seeds) before blending in processor
