1. Combine Cocoa, sugar, salt in saucepan. Blend in boiling water. Cimmer & stir 2 minutes
2. Stir in milk & heat until hot but not boiling.
3. Remove from heat & add vanilla.
4. Divide between mugs. Add cream to mugs.
Add whipped cream and/or marshmellows, if desired.
