In large pot, heat 1 tbsp. oil over med-high heat. Add onion, carrots and celery, cook until slightly softened, about 5 mins. Add hot dogs and cook until lightly browned. Add beans and broth, bring to a boil over med-low heat. Cook until vegetables are tender, 5-7 minutes.
Serves 4 _ I made a double batch for the scrapbooking event and put it into a 5 quart crock pot.
