Suggest a better descriptionBring to a boil two pots of water for the hotdogs and elbow macroni. Add the hotdogs and elbows to the boiling water. In the meantime, open the two cans of diced tomatoes in juice. Place in a pot. Add the sugar and butter. Heat until sugar dissolves and butter melts and tomatoes are hot. Place hot diced tomatoes in a large bowl. Drain elbows and hotdogs and place in the bowl of diced tomatoes. Serve in a bowl and pepper to your taste.
