Pat dry the fruit. Reserve 2T of the pineapple juice. Put all EXCEPT APRICOTS in a casserole. In saucepan put all other ingredients and heat until sugar melts. Pour over fruit.
Bake at 350 deg for 30 minutes. Add apricots the last 10 minutes. Stir fruit carefully.
