Mix together 1 c brown sugar,
flour, 3 T cocoa, baking
powder and salt.
Stire in milk, butter and vanilla.
Spread over the bottom of the slow
cooker crock after it has been
sprayed with no stick spray.
Mix together 3/4 c brown sugar and
1/4 c cocoa.
Sprinkle over mixture in cooker.
Pour in boiling water but DO NOT STIR.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or
until an inserted toothpick comes out
clean from the center.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
