Makes a wonderful chocolate pudding over a chocolate cake. Everyone will love this recipe.
combine flour, sugarr, 2 Tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla. Spread in an ungreased 9 inch square pan. Combinebrown sugar and remaining cocoa and sprinkle over batter. pour hot water overall. Do not stir! Bke at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Don't forget to divide the cocoa.
