hot fudge for ice cream
Melt butter in saucepan on low heat.
Mix in cocoa with wire whisk until smooth.
Stir in all other ingredients except vanilla.
Simmer on low for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Serve over ice cream.
