1. Boil potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, 15-20 minutes.
2. Cook bacon in oil in sauce pan until crispy.
3. Remove cooked bacon to towel to drain, leave oil in pan. Add onion topan; saute until softened. Add flour; stir until paste-like. Stir invinegar and sugar. When mixture is thick, return bacon to skillet. Simmermixture for 1-2 minutes.
4. Drain potatoes. Add potatoes to pan with bacon mixture; stir gentlyuntil potatoes are coated. Transfer potato salad to a serving bowl;sprinkle with scallions. Serve warm.
