Bring to boil 1/2 cup milk and 1 Tbsp butter. Add to rest of ingredients for cake batter . Mix well place in greased 8x8 pan and cook at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
While cake is cooking make frosting:
Mix all ingredients together for frosting then when cake is done place frosting on hot cake spread evenly the place cake under broiler for 2-4 mins till coconut starts to toast . Remove from oven wait till cools then serve
