Mix salsa, ketchup, vinegar, chili powder, worcestershire sauce and orange marmalade. Brush chicken with glaze and bake at 375 degrees (or grill) for 30 minutes. Turn and brush again. Bake (grill) an additional 10-15 minutes, or until juices run clear.
