Kathys dip made with imitation crab
Saute onions in butter. Add tomatoes, garlic, green onions. Saute 1-2 minutes. Stir in peppers, parsley, cream cheese. Heat thoroughly. Stir in seafood. Serve warm.. Can use 1 and 1/2 pounds of sea legs (imitiation crab meat) and not shrimp. Serve with toast points or tostito chips.
