Combine cooked couscous, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, garbanzo beans and mint in a large bowl.
Whisk together Hot Squeeze and olive oil. Pour over couscous salad and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Served chilled.
