Suggest a better descriptionMix the cheese and flour and add sherry and seasonings. Beat egg whites as stiff as possible and fold in. Form into 1" balls and roll in cracker brumbs. Fry in deep hot fat in a frying basket until golden brown. Drain. Serve with wooden picks to facilitate handling.
