Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour mixture into a baking dish where the thickness will be about 3/4 inch. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until brown and bubbly on top. Remove from oven and serve warm with crackers and bread thins.
