How to make french fries salad:
Potatoes peeled, washed, cut into pieces 3cm long, 0.5cm thick (cut into pieces according to your choice). Soak in salted water for about 10 minutes to remove the plastic. Take out to dry. Fry the potatoes in oil until golden brown, then take out. Use a paper towel or drain the oil.
Lettuce washes, dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Onion sliced ??lengthwise, soaked in salt water to reduce the spicy. Take them out to drain.
Wash cucumbers, cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Carrots are peeled, washed, sliced ??, or trimmed to your liking.
Cherry tomatoes washed, halved.
Toasted sesame seeds, let cool, and then finely drunk.
Peel garlic, wash and chop finely.
Mix spices for salads: Apple cider vinegar + 2 teaspoons salt + 5 teaspoons sugar + 5 teaspoons minced garlic + sesame + 5 teaspoons olive oil. Mix well.
Use a large bowl to mix salad: carrots, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, lettuce. Pour in the spice mixture and mix well. Leave for 4 minutes for the salad to infuse the spices.
Strain off excess water from the bottom of the bowl and transfer the salad to a plate with the fries.
Now just eat it with mayonnaise and it's delicious.
