Cover with cold water, up to 1" above eggs.
Bring water to a boil.
Remove from heat immediately and cover.
Let sit for 15 minutes.
Drain pan.
Cover eggs immediately with ice and water.
Can add ice as ice melts...optional.
Keep in ice water for 15 min. or until eggs are able to be handled.
Peet and eat, or refrigerate for later.
