• Cook the chorizo in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Break the sausage up with a wooden spoon. Once the chorizo is thoroughly cooked, about 8 minutes, add the Morelos Cooking sauce. Cook the chorizo and sauce for 2 minutes.
• Meanwhile, crack eggs in a side bowl, add salt to taste and beat them with a fork. Add to the saucepan, stir the mixture until eggs are fully incorporated and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes. Serve with flour tortillas on the side. Enjoy!
