In food processor, blend ingredients until almost smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste. Will keep refrigerated several days. Garnish with parsley and cilantro. For a wonderful appetizer try, serve hummus with toasted pita triangles, greek olives, feta cheese and sliced ripe tomatoes drizzled with oil and vinegar.
