Suggest a better descriptionIn large skillet, cook bacon til crisp. Remove from skillet. Drain and crumble. Stir sugar and salt into bacon drippings. Add cabbage and stir until cabbage is coated. Cook until cabbage is tender. Combine cabbage mixture with noodles and bacon. Turn into a 1 1/2 quart dish and cook, covered, at 325 for 45 minutes. Uncover, spoon sour cream over top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 5 minutes more.
