Simple, delicious way to dress up ground beef
Brown ground beef in hot pan over high heat. Add salt and pepper. Turn heat down to medium high, and add peppers and onions. Cook till translucent, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add paprika. Stir in tomato sauce and beef broth. Turn heat down to simmer. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes. Add potatoes; cook 5 minutes longer. Stir in the sour cream and cook 1-2 minutes longer. Serve.
