One of the best sauces ever!
Melt butter, add onion, cook over low heat until soft.
Stir mixed flour and seasonings in butter and cook, stirring 2 min.
Add hot chicken broth and whisk until smooth, add cream, cook 4-5 min.
Add seasonings and just before serving add sour cream; heat but do not boil.
Add parsley for garnish.
Serve w/grilled chicken and wild rice.
