Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla in large bowl until creamed.
Add nuts and flour. Mix until flour is moistened.
Shape dough into 1 1-2-inch (3.75 cm) balls.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Roll cookies in powdered sugar while warm.
