In a large dutch oven heat some olive oil. Add onion and Jalapenos and saute for 3 minutes. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up into small pieces. Continue cooking until all the pink is gone. Continue to fry the meat in the fat until it browns. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Once at a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 3-4 hours. Test for seasoning and adjust.
