Yummy cupcakes baked in an ice cream wafer cone.
1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
2. Place 12 cones in cupcake tins.
3. Whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a bowl.
4. Using a handheld beater, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
5. Add eggs and vegetable oil and beat well.
6. Then add the buttermilk, vinegar, vanilla and food coloring.
7. Beat until combined, then add the dry ingredients and mix.
8. Divide batter among each cone, filling halfway.
9. Bake 30 min.
Icing:
1.Beat cream cheese and butter together till smooth.
2. Stir in vanilla.
3. Add powdered sugar 1/2 a cup at a time.
4. Frost and sprinkle.
