Suggest a better description1) Mix Oreos and melted butter and press into bottom of a 9" by 13" pan.
2) Mix evaporated milk, sugar, butter, and chocolate. Cook mixture until
thickened for 15 minutes. Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3) Put ice cream over Oreos. Then cover ice cream with cooled choc-
olate mixture. Top with Cool Whip.
