Suggest a better descriptionCombine first 5 dry ingredients. Cream margarine, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla together thoroughly. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in raisins or chocolate chips. Drop dough by small spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. Flatten slightly with floured fork.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Cool 5 minutes, then remove to cooling rack and cool completely. Spread one cookie with a generous amount of ice cream. Top with another cookie and press down lightly.
Wrap individually and freeze.
