Smooth fruit flavored ice cream. Fruit is cooked down to a syrup and cooled over night.
Heat fruit and sugar and water to a slow boil. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Blend until smooth and strain. Cool mixture overnight.
Mix cream and fruit syrup in ice cream machine for 20 minutes
