Suggest a better description1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water
2. In a large bowl, combine milk, butter, sugar, egg, salt, yeast mixture, and 3 cups of flour
3. Beat on medium speed until smooth
4. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft, sticky dough
5. Do not knead
6. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top
7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
8. Punch down dough and turn onto a lightly floured surface
9. Divide in half and roll each into a 12-in circle
10. Cut each circle into 12 wedges and roll up wedges from the wide ends
11. Place 2-in apart on greased baking sheets, point side down
12. Cover with kitchen towels and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour
13. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
14. Immediately brush with melted butter and remove to wire racks
