First, pour boiling water over the mint leaves, cover the pot and let the tea steep until the water cools to lukewarm. Then, strain the tea, gently muddle the leaves to extract all possible mintiness.
While the tea was still slightly warm, stir in a combination of honey and agave syrup. The remaining heat helps dissolve the honey faster.
Once the tea is completely cool, juice a lemon and a lime, and stir the juice into the tea.
Chill the finished tea, and once it's nice and cold, pour it over plenty of ice to serve.
