Separate 3-5 radicchio leaves forming cups, tear them in half.
Separate Bibb lettuce into small cups
Thinly slice snap peas on bias
Thinly slice cucumber on bias
Place desired amount of vinaigrette in bottom of large shallow salad bowl
Gently build salad on top of dressing using alternating colors of salad leaves and shaved vegetables. Use tomatoes, peas, endive, and cucumbers as building blocks to give 3D look.
Top with feta and more shaved veggies.
Store in fridge and when ready to serve, scoop dressing from bottom to top as tossing
