Brown hamburger w/onion; drain & place in greased 9" pie pan or 9X13 pan. Cover with cheese. Beat eggs; add milk & Bisquick; beat with wire whisk. (will have some lumps). Pour over hamburger mixture.
Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
