Preheat oven to 400. Spray pie dish with cooking oil. Spread ham across bottom of pie dish. Sprinkle cheese over. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over pie. Bake ~25 mins until golden brown on top. Cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Reheats well in microwave--1 min for 1/4 pie.
