Preparation 1: Let's make sushi rice!
Put the cooked rice in a bowl. Pour the sushi vinegar and mix sesame seeds in the sushi rice. Then let the rice cool. (Do not mix cool cooked rice and sushi vinegar) .
About Sushi Vinegar: There are very convenience sushi vinegar in Japan. The vinegar name is
Sushizu. Pour the sushi vinegar on the sushi rice and mix only! It is very easy to make
sushi rice!
Preparation 2: Abura age (deepfried tofu)
Cut the Abura age in half. Open them to create pouches. put the water in the pan and turn the heat on high. Bring to a boil and put the Abura age to remove the excess oil. Boil for 1 minutes. Drain the hot water after 1 minutes.
Preparation 3: Let's make sauce!
Combine the seasonings (water, soy sauce, noodle dipping sauce) in the pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for a while.
Squeeze the preparation 2 Abura age to get rid of excess moisture. Put the Abura age in the sauce and
simmer until the sauce is almost gone. Then let it cool.
4: Let's make Inari Zushi!
Wet your hand and make small mounds of sushi rice. Squeeze the Abura age lightly to remove the excess liquid.
Open the pouch and small mounds of sushi rice inside!
Fold in the open side to close the pouch.
Put close side under.
