Suggest a better descriptionMELT butter in medium saucepan over low heat. REMOVE from heat; stir in sugar. ADD eggs, one at a time, beating with whisk or spoon after each addition until smooth. STIR in vanilla. MIX flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; stir into butter mixture with chips and nuts, just until blended. POUR into greased 13x9-inch ( 3.5 L / 34 x 22 cm ) baking pan, spreading evenly. BAKE at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) for about 25 minutes, or until firm at edges but still soft in centre. COOL on rack, cut into squares.
Makes about 3 dozen brownies.
Do not overtake brownies, or they will become dry, and not as fudgey.
