Fist dip prawn in flour, then in the beaten egg, followed by bread crumps.
Deep fry in hot oil and put aside.
Capsicum/bell pepper cut in julienne
Pineapple cut in julienne.
Sauce:
Sautee Garlic and Ginger until fragrant.
Then add fresh Tomato, capsicum and pineapple.
Pour in some water and simmer well, adding sugar, vinegar and tomato sauce.
Keep stirring finally adding the Maizena or Corn Flour.
Simmer and stir gently. Serve together with the Fried Breaded Prawns.
