Suggest a better description1 Saute the onion with the lard in a small heavy 8" frying pan. Mix together the meal, flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. 2 Add the onion and the rest of the ingredients and pour the mixture into a hot frying pan. Bake in an oven at 450f for 20-25 minutes.
