2. Melt few tbs butter in skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic. Cook until onion carmelizes (~15 min)
3. Melt remaining butter in saucepan over medium-high heat along with tomato sauce, heavy cream, salt, cayenne, Garam masala. Bring to simmer, reduce heat to medium-low; cover, simmer for 30 min, stir occasionally. Then add onions.
4. Toss cubed chicken breast in vegetable oil, season with tandoori and spread on baking sheet.
5. Bake chicken until no longer pink inside (~12 min)
6. Add chicken to sauce and simmer 5 mins
