Indian Curry
1. Brown onion, garlic and ginger in oil until golden brown.
2. Add curry and simmer very low for 3 minutes.
3. Add all the other spices and tomato; simmer for 4 minutes.
4. Add meat (cut in cubes) and simmer for at least 1 hour until tender. Add water if needed.
