Its a spicy , juicy , soft and crunchy fish fingers
Add all ingredients leaving first 3 (I.e plain flour , egg white and bread crumbs)
Add it to fill fillet and let it aside from 1 to 2 hours
The more it soaks the more tasty it is!
Then wisk a egg white and keep it aside
When the soaking time ends
Toss the fillets in plain flour then to egg white and finally to bread crumbs ( if u use masala bread crumbs try to reduce the salt as it already contains salt and it is best for Indian fish fingers)
Then when oil is hot fry and serve it
Garnished with coriander leaves , lenon slices and onion rings (optional) .
