A Casserole Your Kids Will Love
1. In medium-size bowl combine turkey, oats, water, Italian seasoning and soup mix.
2. In small bowl combine stuffing and water; cover and set aside.
3. Coat four (6 ounce) custard cups with non-stick vegetable spray. In bottom of each cup, press 1/3 cup turkey mixture. Top with 3 table- spoons stuffing mixture. Press another 1/3 cup turkey mixture over stuffing, sealing all edges.
4. Place custard cups on cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree F. oven 30 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center.
5. To serve, loosen edges of loaves with a knife and invert custard cups onto serving plate. If desired, serve with cranberry/orange relish.
