Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
cook spinach and drain; save liquid.
Add enough water to liquid to make 1 cup.
Add to beef with tomoato paste, spaghetti sausce, salt and pepper.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Combine spinach, shells, cheeses, crumbs, eggs, and oil.
Mix well and spread into greased 9 x 13 pan.
pour sauce over.
Sprinke with parmesan.
bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Can be doubled and frozen.
