Super appetizer
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Fried Wontons:
Cut wonton skins into 3.5 x 3.5 inch squares
Deep fry skin squares in 350 degree F oil.
Season lightly with Kosher salt immediately after frying and set aside at room temperature. (May fry up to 8 hours in advance and store at room temp in air tight container)
Cheese Mixture:
Mix cheeses together
Place wontons on serving platter with Slow Cooked Black Beans in center. Cover generously with Cheese Mixture.
Place in oven until cheese is completely melted.
Top generously with Cilantro Lime Salsa, sliced avocado and dollop of Creme Fraiche
