Suggest a better description1. Place butter and minced garlic in pot and "saute"
2. Cook until butter melts then add steak and onion
3. cook about 5 minutes till brown and add salt and pepper
4. add red wine and deglaze pot
5. add broth and bay leaf and close pot. Cook about 5 minutes at high pressure
6. Allow natural release
7. press saute, mix water and cornstarch togehter and add to teh sauce. Cook 3 more minutes.
8. Serve
