Suggest a better descriptionBrown bite-sized pieces of roast in the Instant Pot on saute in coconut oil and/or ghee. Season meat while browning. Once the meat has browned, add the beef stock. Select the manual setting, then select 30 minutes. After the first 30 minutes, do a quick release; add the vegetables, and then select manual pressure for 15 minutes.
Let pot come to natural pressure release.
