Suggest a better descriptionSet your Instant Pot to sauté, add butter, add stew meat, salt and pepper and sear on multiple sides. Add all ingredients except cornstarch and water. Cook on high for 35 minutes, allow pressure to naturally release for 5-10 minutes and then release the rest. Mix together the cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl and stir into the stew until thickened.
